Flow of the experiments
We divided the experiment into five steps (experiment A–E). The highlight of a series of the experimental verification is whether our DNA walker mechanism with "DNA mismatched base sequence design" can work normally. In fact, it is generally unclear that even a simple DNA strand displacement reaction can exchange the invader and incumbent strands. Rather, it would be a quite difficult task in DNA computing. In our case, we have to incorporate the mismatched design into the complicated DNA walker mechanism, which is a really challenging work!
