Generation of Walker

In this experiment C, we conducted electrophoresis experiments to verify that Walker consisting of four single-stranded DNAs is properly formed. From the result of electrophoresis in Figuer 1, it can be seen that in the lane 7 (Walker), the band appears strongly at a position not appearing in the lanes 1 to 6. This is considered to be one in which four kinds of single-stranded DNAs are combined to form a structure.
