Operation verification of the transpoter

We conducted experiments A to D on each item necessary for the movement of Transporter. Therefore, in Experiment E, we verified whether Transporter is working as designed. Two experiments were conducted with different concentrations of F1 and F2, and the results are shown in Figure 1.

It can be seen from Figure 1 (A) that the fluorescence intensity rises when the initial concentrations of F1 and F 2 are high. It can be said that the reaction progressed to Spot 4 and Output was released. On the other hand, it can be seen from Figure 1 (B) that when the initial concentrations of F1 and F2 are low, the fluorescence intensity does not rise. Therefore, it is understood that the reaction has not advanced to Spot 4. From the above result, it can be said that the Transporter is operating as the procedure shown in Design, when the initial concentrations are high.
